Campus Atlantis provides creation, editing and delivery tools for games, learning and interactive experiences through enabled features. Only features identified in the applicable service description/order are promised.
Users must keep account details accurate, protect access and report suspicious activity. The Operator retains its own security obligations.
Unauthorised access, bypassing security, cheating, disruptive automation, malware, unlawful content and rights-infringing uploads are prohibited. Authorised integrations are assessed separately.
AI output may be inaccurate; review content, security and rights before publication. This warning does not waive mandatory Operator duties. Do not submit others' personal data, secrets or prohibited information in generation prompts.
Concrete security risks or violations may justify necessary content/access restrictions. Where feasible and lawful, provide reasons and a review route. Urgent protective action remains possible.
Maintenance and outages may occur; absolute availability is not guaranteed unless separately agreed. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable intentional/grossly negligent conduct and data protection duties, remains intact. Mandatory consumer remedies are preserved.
