The representative acts only in the assigned project, within their authorised role and documented instructions. They must not share credentials, copy data without authorisation, sell it, add it to marketing lists or repurpose it.
Platform policy prohibits identity/passport numbers or images, health, biometric/genetic and other special-category data, bank/card details, passwords and verification codes in task/stand forms. This policy does not assert that identity numbers or banking data are automatically special-category data under Turkish law.
Access only necessary records; do not upload unlawful content, threats, discriminatory abuse or malicious code. Report suspected incidents promptly to the designated security contact. End access when the assignment ends and return/destroy authorised copies as instructed and legally required.
Disclose the scope and retention of security logs before monitoring. Access may be restricted proportionately. Claims for loss depend on fault, causation and applicable law; this undertaking creates no automatic unlimited liability.
